What Our Clients Say!

Bottomline Construction & Development, LLC was contracted to conduct the pantry floor upgrade at BronxWorks-Heights Neighborhood Senior Center (HNSC) in July, 2012.

My experience with Bottomline Construction & Development, LLC was excellent. They worked professionally and in a timely fashion. They demolished the old floor, leveled and installed new ceramic floor tiles in the dry storage area over one weekend. They returned on the following Monday to abate minor grout foot print marks. The finished work was simply outstanding.

I highly recommend Bottomline Construction & Development LLC as contractors.

The crew at Bottom Line was great! They did a wonderful job on my kitchen. The owner, Alexis McSween, collaborated well with the cabinet supplier and answered all of our questions and concerns.

I felt they were very professional and timely.

We Like To WOW! Our Clients

This is a must read!

Our experience with Bottomline Construction was so good, people don’t believe us when we tell them about it. How often do you hear people talk about how much they love their contractor? The folks at Bottomline are so organized, capable, professional, and trustworthy. We never any other contractor! Our Co-op Board now also enlists them for our building projects.

My husband jokes that I am spoiled – I have no point of reference for other peoples’ nightmarish accounts of their dealings with contractors. The bulk of the project in our 2nd floor apartment involved putting in three new windows (where none had existed before). Bottomline also replaced two existing windows that faced our fire escape with large glass doors and helped to prepare our kitchen for a complete makeover. Not only did this project require the coordination of about a dozen other professionals – from plumbers to architects, window manufacturers to engineers, but we were on a serious deadline. Our son was due to be born at the end of the summer and we needed to be able to move into a functioning home.

As happens, there were some obstacles – the window fabricator was taking too much time, the architect was having a hard time getting the permit from the city, the window penetrations had to be done with the permission and support of various neighbors, whose yards these windows would face. Bottomline handled all of these challenges and more with diplomacy and supremely good judgement. We would only get a phone call when it was really necessary; otherwise, Alexis and her team handled every hiccup on their own – making countless phone calls, getting quotes, negotiating with plumbers, and smooth-talking our neighbors.

Bottomline did all the heavy lifting for us so we were able to enjoy our summer, prepare for parenthood and focus on fun choices like paint colors. In the end, despite the unanticipated challenges, they finished ahead of schedule. And not a moment too soon – on Alexis’ last day on the job, I went into labor.

We came home from the hospital to our beautiful, bright, airy home. Every part of our relationship with the team from Bottomline was a pleasure. They are, in addition to everything else, an insuppressible friendly group of people. We were never sorry to have them in our home. We say, We Love Our Contractor … that kind of says it all!

We recommend them with unreserved enthusiasm to anyone who asks.
